1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Inside Physics website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all students, parents, and visitors.

2. Admission & Fees

Admissions are subject to availability and the student meeting our eligibility criteria.

• Token Amount: A token amount of ₹1,000 is required to reserve a seat in our batches. This amount is refundable if the admission is not confirmed by the institute.
• Fee Payment: Tuition fees must be paid by the 7th of every month. Late payments may attract a surcharge.
• Refunds: Monthly tuition fees are non-refundable once the sessions for that month have commenced.

3. Intellectual Property

All study materials, lecture recordings, notes, and test papers provided by Inside Physics are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Prosenjit Bhattacharya and Inside Physics. Any unauthorized distribution, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action.

4. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline in both offline and online classes. Any form of harassment, disruption of classes, or misuse of the digital platform will lead to immediate termination of admission without a refund.

5. Disclaimer

While Inside Physics provides the highest quality of coaching, we do not guarantee specific ranks or scores in competitive exams like JEE or NEET. Success depends on the individual student's effort and consistency.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
